Whilst I have 40 years of clinical experience in Integrated Medicine, I also am a patient  and have been my entire life, however much I may still resist that term! I live with multiple rare genetic disorders that I was born with. I am the third generation living with one of the rarer types of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Mast Cell Activation Disorder and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. Integrative health medicine has always given me quality of life - hence wanting to share what is possible with you.

I feel so humbled, grateful and incredibly fortunate to have the skill sets to continue to  be in the fantastic adventure of life.  It is my huge privilege to work with fellow warriors of our spirits, minds and physical jackets to ensure that we make the utmost out of the  time we have on this precious planet.

In a mind, body and spirit that are never separated, I have continued to discover just how much more hope and wisdom there is in all of our challenges. So far, my life has been punctuated with:

• 44  emergency spinal/structural rebuilding operations, gynaecological, digestive or "cancer-related surgeries".
• I have been re-built so much and so many times that my neck, spine, pelvis and hip look like a giant Lego set, which would not look out of place in a Star Wars movie.
• Almost totally deaf for the first 7 years of my life, until the first surgical intervention gave me back the gift of sound. 
• 3 different cancer diagnoses, a close fourth only months ago as I wrote the first book, requiring further surgery.
• Two strokes.
• Diseases and conditions that would have most medics scurrying towards the door or drinks cabinet.
• I had my life saved over 9 times.
• Gone way beyond my "sell by date", living outside of any so called "comfort zone" on all levels.

Qualifications and Accreditations:

• I trained for 9 years. The first years were with Professor Worsley in 5 Element Acupuncture.
